The Higher Education Commission Pakistan, in
short HEC Pakistan is an autonomous, constitutionally established and Independent
institution of primary funding, regulating, accrediting and overseeing the
higher education efforts in Pakistan [1].
The government of Pakistan is spending a huge
amount on HEC Scholarships and other projects, However, the performance of the HigherEducation Commission Pakistan to spend this amount is very disappointing.
The government of Pakistan releases funds to HigherEducation Commission Pakistan to solve the problems of education, HEC Pakistan transfer
money to the universities to create unemployed youth, which is a huge problem
for the country.
The government of Pakistan issue funds to the HigherEducation Commission Pakistan to help the needy students, HEC Pakistan transfer
money on the projects which are useless
(due to unavailability of equipment, reliability, and cost, etc..). We
also know that HEC is ahead if the new Project (Shosha) is to be launched in
the country.

We all know "Higher Education Commission
Pakistan" provide MS and Ph.D. allowance to all those who are employed by the
Government, and nothing for unemployed Ph.D. doctors and researchers. We also
know that Higher Education Commission Pakistan release majority funds (in the
name of a research grant) only those people who are government employees, and
nothing for unemployed Ph.D. doctors and researchers.
Is this management?
If you can't accommodate the unemployed youth then why you created or creating them through universities?

Higher Education Commission Pakistan allowance for unemployed PhD Doctors
According to the dawn report [2], the HEC
Chairman regretted that the higher education sector getting inadequate
budgetary allocations. The question is what you are doing with the available

It is our humble request to the Prime Minister
of Pakistan, please do something for unemployed Ph.D. doctors, graduates,
journalists, and researchers. The Government of Pakistan or HEC should start
allowance for unemployed youth. If the current government really wants to end
unemployment, then first help those who are highly educated and unemployed and
also take advantage of these people's education.
Kindly share this message with others so that
the Prime Minister of Pakistan should see the problem himself and there should be
accountability for the people who are involved in educational corruption and crisis.
